Recently we come to a problem as follows in which client was getting automatically signature attached in each mail sending from outlook.com (OWA)
You may facing the same that Skype signature automatically inserting on all sent messages from Outlook.com Web application (OWA) or Outlook Mail Client Application

Things you might have tried or can try.
a) Uninstall the skype from your machine if you have.
b) Clear cookies anc cache from your browswer.
c) Outlook.com Web app (OWA) was “Unlinked” from Skype.
d) Clean PC Registry of any possible Skype elements.
Above thing may not solve your issue I would suggest to try following things.
1) Check if Skype Click To Call install as browser extension. Uninstall it and restart browser and check again.
2) C:\Users\
go and remove or edit these files to remove or edit signature seperately.
3) Go to your OWA -> Login -> Options -> Edit Signature
– Make Signature as plain text from option instead of Rich Media
– Try to Send Mail now (Skype Singature should be disappeared)
– Again Edit Signature and Make it Rich Text
– Problem is Solved
