By Default Windows 7 Home Basic and Premium versions doesn’t support Remote Desktop. But you can make it work with some tricks..
Click Here to Download termsrv.dll and rdpclip.exe files. now just copy these files to %Windir%\System32 (Here C:\Windows\System32 is default but it may be different than C:)
Select Overwrite Yes if asked.
If you can’t copy as files are being used. Try in safe mode or use Unlocker to get access of running process files.
just overwrite these files and restart the system.
Another option is to let it be done automatically.. just download and run following patch.
